Many of the villagers at the Phoenix Settlement Center have skills such as artistry and crafts . Through the entrepreneurship program villagers will develop valuable entrepreneurial skills and learn the basics of how to run a business of their own. At the end of the program participants will have a completed well thought out and viable business plan.
What is the PSC program all about?
Within each of these sections REACH and facilitators will be conducting workshops to further explore and make the program more hands on and fun. At the end of each curriculum sections is a workbook where participants work on their business plan.

Has had prior experience with teaching a workshop or a course on a specific or variety of topics.
Displays cultural sensitivity and understanding/knowledge about other countries and peoples.
Is an entrepreneur or has had experience with entrepreneurship
Has a skill that they can bring to PSC and can clearly display why this is a useful skill that can be adopted or adapted. Can also be used to lead a workshop.
Ambassadors are expected to provide their own funding for travel and lodging through fundraising.
